Thursday: Make Us Hungry Entry

This is a blackberry pie made with home grown berries and a vanilla bean crust(the little black spots you see in the crust)
The only problem I have is that my berries are so juicy it's almost impossible to get a filling that sets enough hold its shape once it's cut it has be eaten fast so it doesn't ooze all the filling out. I've gone to making single serving tarts
