Dear HC customers,
Today it is the first day in the year of 2011. once a new year comes, we like to review everything that we did right or wrong in the past year. after we completed our reviews, we got a long list who we are deeply appreciative of.
First of all, we want to thank our worldwide lovely and respected customers. we are appreciative of their trust, favor and loyalty, although we are far away from them and never see each other in person.
we often got thankful emails from some customers who just told us that they got their orders timely and liked them very much, which were not only great encourangements for us but also made us realize that our mission is making all our customers happy.
we also often got some good suggestions from our customers such as scott, who were so kind to share useful information and their experience with us.
besides, we want to send a big thankness to those who sent us letters of complaints about slow shipping, defective products and so on, because the complaints make us aware of our faultness and always reminding us that there is still big room for further improvement in our shop.
in a word, we thank all guys who help us grow!
lastly here goes a simple list of HC work plan in 2011.
we will keep improving our site and make it more friendly and faster.
we will source and offer better new cool products with good prices within China.
we will keep bigger stock and try to make all items available for you anytime.
we will speed up our shipping and decrease your waiting time as possible as we can.
we will respond to your emails faster.
we will make our forum more informative and fun.
