I know most you have already, but it doesnt hurt to send another 3-4 emails or so. I live in CA and will be in big trouble if they outlaw this device. it should NOT be illegal! i think that it is only going to be illegal to SELL not use, but it would make things harder for all of us here. Plus, if one state goes, others will follow. government=totalitarian...i can't believe they are trying to outlaw ecigs to keep tobacco sales up

From what I read, yes, it will only be illegal to sell, not to use or possess. This won't shouldn't stop chinese retailers from shipping to us, and I didn't see anything that made Buying illegal. it is also only aimed towards hardware, not liquids. So we won't be completely screwed. yet.
