APV...WTA...and other abbreviations in the Title of long and exhaustive articles meant to inform...but never defined. Just a rant....
Please define your terms...and abbreviations

The Glossary is helpful if someone is just using abbreviations in their posts, but if it appears in the Title of an information Article, you'd expect that abbreviation to be defined in the first sentence, even if only in parenthesis.
Mousing over an abbreviation is good, but again, not everyone knows that's an option. I'm only talking about abbreviations as they're used in Articles, where we'd expect to see them defined if they're the subject of the whole Article, such as WTA or APV.
