HI all, Just posting to ask for old used broken no longer working 510 batteries. I need them so I can rip the connector out for some mods I am making to give away to friends who are starting to lose it when it comes to their vaping habits.
It's sad but probably 3/4 of the people who I introduced to the e-cig have either given up or barely use them anymore. Part of the problem is that they just don't seem to get enough from the models they have. My friends who started with the 510's seem to still be using them but the ones who went with the kr8's have all given up.
I'm going to put together some box mods with higher voltage and long lasting batteries for them and now with the 510 cartomizers I think it will give them a better shot at it.
I have a friend who owns a radio shack so he also has access to some of the parts I need cheep and he can get rid of the batteries the proper way. So they don't end up in a landfill or just taking up space in someone's drawer.
It's really kind of sad. I feel bad because I tried getting my friends into e-cigs and some of them have spent a good deal of money on products that didn't work for them. However, when they try my 5 volt mod they always say something like, "now that would work for me".
