it's an electrical measurement of resistance, so a lower number, lower resistance, which if you're getting a product from something, lower resistance could be a good thing.
Quick thoughts.... Ohms in general relate to how much current can flow through your coil. Lower ohms means more current can flow (let's just assume fixed voltage for the time being) which means the coil will typically heat more quickly (and then vaporize your e-liquid more quickly.) If your device is producing 4V and you have a 2 ohm coil, you are going to see 2 amps flow through the coil. If you are using a 1.5 ohm coil, you're going to see 2.667 amps flow through the coil.
Some people prefer warmer vapes (i.e. lower ohms) Others prefer cooler vapes (higher ohms). When you can't control anything but the resistance of your topper, then that's how folks affect their vape.
