So as some of you know, I picked up a box of PHOENiX cartos from Got vapes that I LOVE and I did watch the video on how to clean them, but I can't get the little rubber stopper thing out of it. Any suggestions??

Have you tried a paperclip? They should just pop out using something like the end of a paperclip.

Did you get the syringe with your Phoenixes (you should have). Use one of the syringe tips on the filler hole.
