I'm running a resistance of .9 ohms.

Battery is at 4.2 volts.

mod is drawing 4.67 amps.

This is well within the safe zone right?

My Ohm's law calculator mirrors what you said. If your battery is rated for 15 amp continuous draw, you are well within safe limits. What battery exactly are you using?
