Please anyone who can, please go to the CDC Twitter and leave a tweet under EVERY vaping lie they are telling! We need to FLOOD them with knowledge! These people know NOTHING!

Funny how these deaths started when big tobacco came out with their products. Lets not forget legal pot states flooding other states with illegal THC vaping pods/tanks! I refuse to let them screw us!

Thank you for your help.

Harry.

A few CDC Tweets (from the CDC)

"To date, national and state data suggest that products containing THC are linked to most of the cases and play a major role in the outbreak. CDC recommends that people not use e-cigarette, or vaping, products that contain THC."

"If you use e-cigarette, or vaping, products & develop symptoms of lung injury (incl. coughing, chest pain, nausea, vomiting, fatigue & fever), see a healthcare provider right away. For more information, visit http://www.cdc.gov/lunginjury"

"@CDCgov appreciates the valuable input from national pulmonary & critical care experts in developing science-based recommendations to address lung injuries associated with e-cigarette/vaping products. https://bit.ly/2VJuc5b"

They seem pretty innocuous to me {{{shrug}}}

Just seen big advertisements last night on tv going after Juul for lawsuits. BIG ones. Another person in Montana died yesterday, first case, i am smelling a THC relation here.

But to me, and i swear, it seems like these deaths started when the JUUL came out. Possibly the tech might be to good (vapor particles too small tons of vape stays in, or to big might cause the same), this is just a TOTAL shot in the dark. But i do know, this all seems like a concerted effort by the CDC,FDA, state and local governments, and yes even hospitals and doctors, to pin blame on vaping because it has taken away from the BIG TOBACCO money, all of which ALL those organizations get big bucks from.

The ONLY thing they should be able to TAX is e-juice imo. But hey thats just me maybe.

I have been, like many other vapers on Twitter, suiting up and heading into battle with this every single day. Public opinion can and does sway certain people and entities.

Try to be calm and persistent when you post, use links and facts. Give other vapers likes and shares. Amplify one another. Don’t engage with trolls and bots - report them. No in-fighting.

In case folks want to find vaping tweets in groups, use the search feature to find key phrases and hashtags (#vape, #vapeban, #ivapeivote, etc) and you will be given tweets that include those terms or hashtags. You can choose to see them in order of most popular (Top), most recent, and by other categories.

If you want to be able to sort out which accounts are bots (for real bots, not “bots” as new accounts owned by vapers who have recently joined twitter have been accused of being), check the profile and see what else that account has been tweeting about. If they tweet stuff that is “adult content,” a lot of links to sketchy places that you don’t recognize (DO NOT CLICK THESE), are SUPER political and say the same thing over and over again in each tweet, these are good clues you are not dealing with a real person. This method is not foolproof but it is a good start.

Anyone else please add to my list or correct me if necessary.

You’re better off emailing or calling or even snail mail to get officials attentions. At least that’s what I was told by an ex representatives aide.
A direct contact is likely more effective. I had a direct dialogue with one of my local representatives via email. The higher up the food chain, the less likely I would think such a thing would happen. Phone calls, imo, are generally the best. YMMV.
