Please help... I don't know where to begin!

Ok.. I've been vaping for about a month now. I'm sure it's normal that I have about 10 bottles of juice, all different flavors. I have a pending order from Ms. T's, which has 10 more flavors.

Last night, I had a dream about the drip method. Problem is, I really have NO IDEA how this is even done. I was topping off, got juice all over the place when I put way too many drops, and I was LOVING every minute of it.

So, I really want to try this... at the very least, as a juice tester. Where do I start? I currently vape a cig-like auto battery, but I do have a manual called "VaporX." I can't find anything online about it, but it looks like (I think) an ego-t. It has the battery, a carto, and the cone thingy that protects where they connect.

I know I have to use a manual to drip... but then what? What do I need to buy to get started? Thanks so much!

Easy. if its an eGo-T knock off, i suppose it'll be 3.7v or so. then all u need is a 510 SR ( standard resistance) atty and a driptip and u're set to go.

Plug ur driptip directly onto the atty. drip only 2-3 drops or 4 drops MAX else it'll flood lol.

(i use a LR atty on mine with no problem but some have complain LR atty damages their batteries. YMMV)

...you should be able to use LR gear on an ego type batt...there have been reported damage to the batt from gear lower than 2.0ohm but, to me, if so(I haven't seen any on my Rivas) then the trade off in flavor and vapor is worth it to me...first thing I would tell you...you need spares...and SPARES for your spare...can't have enough of 'em...to drip...getcha that LR atty(and a drip tip), blow into the thread end(into a tissue or such) to get any "primer" fluid off(nasty stuff)...place atty on batt, add 2-3 drops of juice directly on the atty coil...vape about 5 puffs without inhaling...repeat...atty should now be cleaned of primer and ready to vape...add around 3 drops at a time, this should give you around 5-6 puffs...when taste goes, add more juice...for me personally, dripping is only good to try new flavs before committing them to a carto.................

For dripping and sampling I use a LR 306 atty and use 3-5 drops. This keeps me from having to fill a carto just to find out that I don't like the flavor, then having to clean or throw the carto away. Once I find a flavor that I like I will then fill a carto or tank.

Now, I have another problem (I hate being so dumb with this stuff) I just tried to see if it is, in fact, a 510. I have an 808 to 510 adapter. I tried to put the cartos from this thing into the 510 side, and they don't fit. I'm ready to give up on the idea, already!

thats detailed by mad. i do however drip when i'm at home watching some shows movie etc and drip. cuz some flavors test really good when dripping compared to having them in cartos.

eGo batt ---- adapter------ carto (808)
(========) (510side====808side) (808side===vape side)
Should work. unless u're doing it the wrong way around ^^;

then if ur carto is already 510, it'll be
eGo batt --- 510Carto
(=========) (510side=====vape side)

If ur battery is 808, Then nothing will work. u'll need to get a 808 to 510 adapter instead.
808 batt -----808 to 510 adapter---- 510 carto.
(=========) (808side===510side) (510side====vape side)

...if you have an eGoT already, it is 510 threaded and you shouldn't need an adapter to use 510 gear on it..............

I don't have an ego. I have a "VaporX" that looks like an eGoT. I was just trying to make sure that it's a 510 before I ordered atty's for it. The carto's for it do not fit into the 510 end of the adapter. That would mean it's not a 510, right?

...if you are sure you have 510 cartos and they don't fit the batt, then the batt is not an eGo with 510 threading...or did I misunderstand what gear you have.............

I just called the number, and they said they have no information on the product because they aren't carrying it, yet. They will be, which is why it's on their site. It's new, blah blah blah.

As a reminder, I bought this stuff from a kiosk in the mall. Again, I know they have a bad rep, but my only complaint is that I can't find any info on this or the stuff my husband got (a gp420) gp, I believe is for green puffer and, again, a very new product. He is on the phone with them, as I type.

So, all I do know about the vaporx is that the cartos for it do not fit into the 510 or the 808 side of the adapter.

...on the page you linked too...the top ciggy looks like a 401xxx mystery ciggy, the lower one is similar looking to an eGo BUT????...the adapter you have...does either side attach to the batt...is it for attaching 808 cartos to a 510 batt or vice versa..........

The mall kiosk PVs are usually very overpriced, and sometimes they are a model that is neither a KR808 nor a 510. Judging from the picture, it looks like a 510 carto packed with an eGo clone. But, some male cartos aren't 510s, so I can't be certain. All I know is that if you are positive your cartos are 510 threaded and they won't fit directly onto the battery, then that eGo looking device isn't even a 510 threaded eGo clone.

I would suggest going back to the kiosk, then ask what model/threading that thing is. If possible, get a refund, and go online to some of the vendors on this site, which have been vetted by members here to be of good quality and/or compatibility.

OK, the male side of the adapter is an 808(???)...that makes the female side 510 threading...this will not fit the batt since it is the same female threading as the batt...the 510 attys/cartos will be male threaded to fit the adapter and batt if the batt is a 510........OK.....................

If neither side attaches to the battery, it isn't a 510. I would stick with the 808 while shopping for a good eGo (510).

Yes, I would go back and ask them. Can you use the KR808 battery until you get a shipment in?
