Am going to move from my regular KR808D 1 to a Fat Bat. Need recommendation on which ones are most reliable and provide good vaper. Would want to stick with my KR808 cartos--am not interested in separate atomizer--does that mean I would need a device to connect my cartos to a new fat battery? Forgive me if I am not making much sense. This is all fairly new to me.

Appreciate any and all input--people here at ECF are amazingly helpful.

Being that you're moving from a 808, and they're 3.7v under load, I'd get one that comes close to that voltage. Ego's and other fatt batts are usually in the lower 3v range under load, so they may be too weak for your taste.

With that being said, I understand the SE Riva is 3.7v under load. There is lots of reading to be had on that subject. Just type 'SE Riva' in the forum search.

Also, 'scottbee' is the resident 'testing batts under load' expert. His (big) thread can be found here. He discusses the SE Riva quite a bit towards the end.

With all that being said, I'm currently using a RS/Microcig Vgo and it satisfies my urges. The Kanger Vgo is almost identical. I have not tested these under load yet..
