Please Help me with my Proidy V 2 that just came in

Hi,

I just got the Prodigy V 2 in and I cant seem to get it to work. Can someone who knows the Prodigy 2 very well, or uses one....PM me so we can talk on the phone and walk me through what might be going wrong.

Dormie, Welcome to the forum!
Umm, you might want to edit your phone # out of that post and ask for someone to send you a PM if they can help. Then you can give them your # in a PM, so the whole world doesn't see it.

I think you need 15 posts before you can edit, but if you ask, one of the mods will take it out for you.

As for your problems, I don't own the V2, but I (and others) still might be able to help you. What issues are you having?

make sure the batteries are in with the flat side facing the little spring thingee

Charge them to a full charge before putting them in

Make sure your adaptor is not screwed in real tight
make sure your atty is not over tightened

what adaptor are you using?
