I voted from home and my phone (Opera mobile has no trouble with the pop-up) when this started. I will try agin, if it works I'll do the phone again.

Well, for me, when it comes up there is a bunch of pictures of cars. It let me vote on each one.

Might trying try clear your cookies & stuff.
