please help nicotine calculations

i have a newbie questions hope someone can answer it
1. i bought some 10ml unflavored e juice 11mg (already mixed pg/vg). what if i added 15% flavor on that. how many mg/nicotine will left? still 11mg?

2. what if i want to make 15 - 18mgs/nicotine e liquids. how many unflavored mg/nicotine i need on that? 24mg or 48mg? im always using %15 on my flavor. im not good on calculating

3. did you add some water in your unflavored eliquids(75pg/25vg)? im just curious about this. i saw some post they added some water

4. what i need to add nicotine or tabacco flavor if i want to have some throat hit?
i bought some ry4 18mg before and it gives me some throat hit.

no local ecigs store here in Taiwan so i dont have any friends to ask this question.

Well this is what you need : eJuice Me Up - Best eJuice Calculator, this will do the calculations for you

If you add 15% flavor, you get 15% less nicotine in the total mix

Its not plain water you add, but distilled water

Throat hit = nicotine, you could add like 1 drop of menthol or so, but all the rest does not work for me
(wodka/flash from flavourart/ never tried pepper)

1. 9.35 mg = (10ml / (10ml + ((10ml * .15) / .85))) * 11mg

2. 24mg will give you 20.4mg max; 48mg will give you 40.8 max - you will need to add no-nic VG and PG to get to the 15-18mg mark : this is assuming your base is 24mg and 48 mg respectively

3. only add water if you want your juice thinner and it will effect the mg (lower)

4 I find that 24mg gives me the very least TH I like and 36mg is the best (I use 30/70 PG/VG; it is said that PG gives more throat hit, so use 100% PG for more TH).

11mg - 15% = 9.35mg of nicotine

You shouldn't need to add any water to 80Pg/20VG liquid. VG is thick so sometimes people add a couple of drops of distilled water or vodka but PG is thin so you don't need water.

If you did 50/50 of 24mg and 11 mg you would get 17.5 mg

11 + 24 = 35 divided by 2 = 17.5 -15% flavor = 14.9 mg or about 15 mg

17.5 x .15 = 2.6 17.5 - 2.6 = 14.9
