Hi everybody!
I was lurking and reading this forum for several month and in the process, started vaping and unexpectedly quitted regular cigarettes in March 2010.Thanks to this forum and to all wonderful people there, I am free of smokes for 120+ days after 20 years of passionate smoking!

I have several ecigs (KR808, DSE801 and Joe 510), but today I got Joe Ego dual kit from Nicotine Nirvana and have a question: how to know that it needs charging - my other ecigs start to blink and vapor diminishes, so I know it is time to charge them.
With Ego, I started to vape today just "from the box", did not charge it and found myself doing it after 6th hours! Yes, 6 hours, non-stop. Here is no lights except on the manual button, and vapor still goes strong.

So, should I just put it in charger after several hours (how many exactly?) in spite of it's working fine, or there are some indications that it needs a charge? I do not feel any yet, so I go on 7th hour...
Thank you in advance.

That is the WHOLE idea!!! It lasts ALL day. The vapor will diminish and the LED will blink when it needs charging. They just go for 5-7 hrs of HEAVY vaping, If you are doing something besides sitting at your computer filling it with juice every 10 or so minutes, then it should last all day.

I chain vape ALL day, and use 2 of them with different liquids. When I go to bed, I charge them, then get up in the morning, and chain vape them the next day.

Thank you all for the replies! There are the best people on the forum!
I am in awe that after the trip from NE to NY and my many hours vaping, it still working! I never used such a powerful battery - it is like in commercials with battery and bunny!
Just incredible!
After 7 full hours I decided to put this battery in charger, it showed red light, but I think, I still could vape more - vapor and taste was good.
I also recommend to try Nicotinenirvana. They give a free gift with purchase of dual Ego -15 ml American blend liquid. It was nothing said about it in time of purchase, did not show in shopping cart and I absolutely did not expect it.
I am a very happy vaper now!!!Ego is awesome!

Wow i am new too and got a Ego from N.N! I never really let mine run that low! But i think the light blinks when it needs charged! I have 4 Ego batteries and 1 mega Tornado battery! My red Ego battery for some reason only last 4 to 6 hours. Idk why? But the others last me all day! Oh and that red battery was not from N.N. Just thought i would add that in! I love the Ego i got from N.N!

in real terms it depends on your usage, my Hello 016 batteries at 1300mAh last me about 10 to 11 hours so i need at least 2 batteries with one charging to vape continuously, contrary to their propaganda, i like the Hello 016 itself a lot except that it is a bit heavy, but i do not like their misleading propaganda, but then outrageous lies about products are almost standard in the ecig scams

i would like an eGo for its' lighter battery and use my 14500 battery box mods a lot

I got my eGO from Nicotine Nirvana on Wednesday. I am on Day 4 of using the same battery. I kid you not. Granted, I was a half-a-pack a day smoker of Camel Lights. Over 32 years of smoking, I never smoked more than half-a-pack, so my vaping frequency isn't as high as some and contributes to the long life of the battery.

My wife liked mine so much that she commandeered the second eGo in my dual kit, quit smoking the same day, is on Day 3 on the same battery, and ordered her own dual eGo from Nicotine Nirvana. I was worried about not having a second battery ready to go before hers gets here, but with the lasting power of these things and the speed of shipping from N.N., I am not worried.

I hope I am not coming across as some sort of homer for Nicotine Nirvana, but I promise that I am not an employee nor am I a paid endorser. It's just that I am brand new to vaping and they made my first purchase such a great experience that I've become their #1 fan.

If you get the eGo, you will not be sorry!

I just want to say that this OP made me smile....was worried when I clicked on the thread title..
and the smile got bigger as I read...

Quite a bit different than your standard 510 no?...

lol but yeah it'll vape pretty solid for hours (I was pack and a half a day smoker and the ego lasts me round 8 hours)
it will drop off a little bit right before it stops and then the light in the button will blink.. but the drop off is so slight that if you're not chain vaping you're likely to miss it..

I guess I just don't find an Ego a whole lot different than a cig. Sure it's bigger, but not like a box mod. What are the XL batts 380 mah? So if you used one 650 ego batt you'd use 2 xls, I guess that makes sense. Or in my case I'd use 3, since I get into my 2nd one sometimes, if I don't use the Tekk. I know I'll go with the 1000 mah ego if this one ever wears out, then I know I'd be good for a day no matter what.

Sorry but 4 days on one charge on a eGo batt is a little bit hard to believe. If in fact you need so little nic why not drop it altogether?

Simple...because I like to smoke. But as I mentioned, I am and have always been a very light smoker. 10 cigs of light cigarettes per day is all I've ever smoked in 32 years of the habit. Plus, since I am using the 24MG nic juice that came with my kit and you consider my cigarette usage, you can see that I don't need to vape that much. When this juice runs out, I will probably go down to a lighter nic dosage, but that may increase my vaping.
