Hi. I've been vaping for awhile. I have the maraxus battery and the pyrexx atomizer. I'm not happy with the battery and am not sure what new ones to consider. So many to choose from. Can anyone give me any real advice on which one to choose that is going to make me happy for a good amount of time and is not going to break the bank. I'm having so many problems with my maraxus. I just want a mod that I can pick up and know its going to work. I don't mind rebuilding. I do it now with the pryex tank. Any real advice would be great.

James.

edited my long response about batteries, occurred to me he meant "mod" by "battery" so my response is now irrelevant.

I can try and help you find a new mod if you tell me a little more information.

What metals do you prefer for a mod? Brass, Stainless Steel, Copper, etc.

What is your budget?

Do you care if its an authentic vs a clone if you can get more bang for your buck out of a clone?

A decent hana clone can be had from focalecig.com for around $50 dollars and a ephro kayfun clone for around the same. That is a good setup. Once I figured out how to build the kayfun properly all I have to do is fill it in the morning and go. I also only rebuild once every 6-8 weeks. I dry burn and re-wick every couple of weeks, but It is a very easy low maintence setup IMO.

Not sure what kind of tank you have as pyrex is a type of glass... I'm picturing a carto-tank, but there are a lot of tanks out there...

As for a mod that just works, you could look at the regulated mods... iTaste MVP 2 or the IPV 2 (which is a bit more powerful at 50W capability)
