Ok - a protank. Sorry, but that is what I recommend for what your preferences are

Most RBA's will look incredibly large on an ego battery, and most of them need to be kept upright to avoid leaking

Ok then - Aga-t2 is genesis style RBA - difficult to get coils to work properly, will leak if laid on its side for any length of time over 1-2 minutes, big and heavy

Kayfun lite+ - not a complicated build but it is large and heavy and you need a micro screwdriver and a needle bottle or syringe to fill it

not familiar with other styles as most are either extremely expensive or out of stock or both and all will have drawbacks against what you listed

Kanger is introducing a new tank - the Aerotank - will have air flow control which will make this an excellent tank - protank coils are flat easy to rebuild if you are looking for cost savings -

hope this helps in some way

Meh I have some reservations about recommending a good RBA to fit on an ego battery for someone new into building. I know that the Vision Eternity is made for egos and the VST is also made for the same thing. Never used either of them, so I can't say the ease of building though.

The first thing you should look into is a digital multimeter or another device thAt will read resistance. This is the most important thing to have
