After gaining some understanding about battery safety, coils and ohms, I am thinking of buying myself a rebuildable atomizer. I already have a Vivi Nova and a CE5 of which I am now able to rewick with ease while using my multimeter. I use them alternately with my K100 mod.
I would now kindly seek some suggestions from you guys regarding the following.

1. What 510 thread RBA with tank can you recommend for me to start with? I'm looking for something that is easy to build, can accomodate both single and dual coil build (single coil build is preferred), made primarily of metal like RDA's, and have good tank capacity.

2. Base on your recommendation on Question number 1, what kanthal gauge can I use on that RBA? ( I normally aim for 2.0 to 2.3 ohms)

3. Would a regular cotton/cotton balls work with this type of RBA?

Looking forward to your response.Thank you :):):)

Hello Disco, i personaly use the Kayfun 3.1 its nice and easy to build on and you can do single or dual coils, i build dual on mine, great flavor and decent vapor,i also use 28 guage wire and organic cotton balls from the local drug store, i usaly boil them 2x befor i use, hope this helps :)

Most like the kayfun for cotton builds. Some clones I have seen come with all metal tubing and a glass/plastic window that you can replace one of the center metal rings with. Never looked at the legit ones so im not sure if they have that same options. The new kayfun v4 has a build deck to accommodate dual coil builds, not sure on the older styles. With the space given I personally would use 30 or 32 gauge to obtain 2ohm's.
Kayfun's are the one tank style rba i don't have, all the rest I prefer ss mesh builds, as where the kayfuns are designed with cotton in mind.

Check out the eleaf Lemo drop which holds about 2.7ml off juice or the Lemo which holds 5ml of juice. Both are like the kayfun as they are rebuildable, but the lemo's have a bigger deck, massive airflow control and huge juice channels for the thicker juices. At 34 bucks you can't go wrong with an authentic.

Use 28 gauge kanthal to start out with. Wrap a coil 9 times around a 2mm drill bit or mini screwdriver will give you 1.7ohms. You can go the cotton ball route but just make sure you use 100% organic cotton, or use rayon cotton which is sold at beauty stores and some B&M stores. Rayon is better because there is no harsh burn taste and it wicks juice extremely well.
