Hi,

I am currently using a kayfun 4 on Gus Kiss SE Mechanical Mod with Purple Efest 2500 mAh 35A batteries (new). For the setup i use Kanthal D AWG 27 (0,35 mm diameter) and Koh Gen Do cotton pads. I vape 40PG/60VG DIY base. The Air Flow Control of the kayfun is fully open, but the screw is still in place. Could you please suggest to me setup for optimal battery life (measured in vaped ml.) and vapor production. i know that here we face quite a few variables, i would like to list them, so i would be able to achieve the setup as suggested. Here are the variables:

1. Coil type (microcoil/regular coil)
2. Coil diameter (mm)
3. Number of wraps
4. Distance between the air hole and the coil (big/small)
5. Should the KGD cotton be tight or loose in the coil (tight/loose)
6. Length of the cotton "moustaches" measured from the ends of the coil to the end of the cotton 'staches (no moustache emoticons ?? :) )(mm)
7. Optimal usage of a single battery, before the curve gets too low (ml)

For the moment these are all i can think of. If you want to please feel free to add something.

I would appreciate your full answers.

Thank you in advance for the help.

You do realize that almost anything suggested will only apply to the person MAKING the suggestion..... Vape Quality is almost 100% subjective and determined by YOUR personal preference.. You want vapor you will give up battery life you want battery life you have to give-up some vapor.

THE BEST BUILD IS THE BUILD is That one you like the best and is easy to repeat. Me I'd do something single coil and around 1.8-2ohms run it at 8-10 watts (kicked MOD) and be happy with 8-16 hours of vape time (4ml?) per purple efest 35A battery.
