I was getting frustrated with my plume leaking out the negative post air holes, so much that I had pretty much stopped using it. Plus, the threads on the upper delrin piece were loose and made my drip tip wobble.
That is all fixed now that I picked up a chuff top cap, and flipped the barrel upside down on the plume. No more leaks since the post holes are sealed now. Yes you do lose the air flow through the deck but you actually gain 4 new air holes up top which bumps up the overall flow. Also interesting is that it puts the main air holes just above the deck, so slightly under the coil.

I'm sure I'm not the first person to flip that barrel but I dig this set up enough to share it. It out new life in my Plume[emoji1]

You can just shut off the flow to the side post holes by turning the barrel a couple degrees, so the holes no longer line up with the holes in the barrel. Thats how I "lock down" my Veil for transport; twist the barrel to block the post vents, then twist the airflow control to block off the main air holes.

The way you have it has to be a SUPER airy draw, no?

Yes very airy on the draw, about the same as my mutation x fully open but not as smooth. The barrel on my clone was a super tight fit so closing it off was a pain and my o rings felt the stress for sure. Chalk it up as "clone problems"
