So I just got my new plumeveil clone by aether tech and loving it. The airflow options are great, nice posts to build on , etc.

So far I've onyl tried 24ga dual coil build wrapped 6 times around a 2mm drill bit.

It CHUCKS ! vaping mostly 0-6mg 70:30 vg/pg ish juices mostly

Can anybody else recommend some builds around .3ish ohms for this that'll be good ? If you do recommend some, please let me know how many wraps and around what diameter bit to use :).

Hey there! This thread has a few builds in it you may want to check out! http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/rebuildable-atomizer-systems/586317-plume-veil-clone.html

Do some searching around the forum and on google using 'ecf' in your keywords as there's an incredible amount of threads on here! In fact, I saw the same thread start up two days ago.

Btdubs, I use 24 gauge wrapped 8 times on a 1.5mm post, dual coil (parallel) for a resistance of 0.24 Ohms. This has been my go to build for the past couple of months since I got this rda. I love it!

Yeah man! Let me know what you think! Also, if you have a DNA 30 device, if you build it at 0.7Ohms and put the device at 22.5 Watts, it is the most flavorful and nice hitting Vape I've ever tasted. The Plume Veil is amazing!

I got my Plume Veil clone about a week ago.

10 wraps, 1/8" ID, 24g Royal Wire, Dual Coil = 0.3 ohms. I was aiming for lower, it takes a second to ramp up, but once it does.. wooooeeee.

Really liking this atty. Super easy to do center post builds, thanks to the t-block positive connection. Use the farther away post hole for your positive lead and you're good to go. Clouds for days. Definitely not an all day vape for me, but it's nice to get back from work, relax, and make it rain.

What would be the ideal distance from the bottom of the coil from the deck ?or should I just get the height of the coil right to the area where the side airholes match up with the center of the coil ?

That's how I run mine. I take the sleeve and place it next to the deck in the position it would be in height-wise if mounted. Then I position the coil so that it is even with the cyclops air hole.
