Hey all, I just picked up a Plumeveil rda and I love it. Flavor is good, vape production is just gnarly especially since I had my local vape shop whip up a 100%vg sweet tart juice. ;)

But, I get the feeling I could be doing it better. What I want is someone who has maybe used one or one similar to suggest and possibly link some coil builds that can maximize the features this rda has. I have been reading all day and can't really find specific talk about it (I'm probably missing it though). I don't want to venture into the low sub ohm area, anything below .3 is a no go for me, not equipment related just personal pref. I'm trying to stay either at .4 or very close to it. If it works better at higher ohms I'm all ears. Lol. Just looking for more coil options for me to tinker with tonight. I'm running a Maraxus with VTC4's and efest purples cause I know that's the first thing that will be asked ;) Current build is dual 24ga at .52 ohms.

i have a dual tiger in my tobh at the moment thats doing pretty good on the cloud front.

it's 28g kanthal & 0.8x0.1 ribbon twisted till it breaks.

3/32 or 2mm id, 4wraps non-contact coil's is getting me 0.25Ω

you could go up to 1/8th id & 5wraps to get longer drags & up your ohms from .25 to .4Ω

if you have non-contact coils you will spread the heat from the coil out over a bigger area of wick and get longer toots, get your coils as much in the path of the airflow as possible and you should be good.
make sure the air can go underneath the coil aswell, make sure its not obstructed by cotton.

i know it a totally dif atty but i have a single non-contact stove-top in my atomic at .2-.25Ω that blows big cloudscus the coil is spread out over a wide area of wick, i can get 2x 3second toots off 1drop of juice:D
