...and probably the final version. I've used this setup for a few weeks and can't think of anything I'd change; but you never know when something new comes to mind.
Parts:
MAP Tank or similar
Carto Tube
901 Batt Connection
510 Atomizer Connection
1.65mm SS Tubing
3/8" x 1/16" gasket
Cut the carto tube to your choice of length (I like mine short so the AFS sits close to the PV). Press in the 901 connection, remove the center section of the 510 and press it in. Cut a slot in the side of the tube approx 2/3 from the top. Cut a piece of SS tubing and solder it into the 510 center section. Solder the air holes and the end of the SS tubing in the 5100 so that end of the adapter is totally sealed. Cut a couple of slots in the SS tubing and then insert into the 510. Trim the length down at the 901 end. That's your air supply for the AFS and the positive battery connection to the atty.
Mod the bottom cap of a MAP Tank so the adapter fits snug (seals). Mod the other end of the bottom cap to hold a 901 atty making sure the air hole on the side of the 901 isn't blocked.....that's the juice feeder. Screw the adapter into the 901 making sure you've got continuity. Since the bottom adapter is the ejuice seal, you can make the 901 side a bit looser to accomodate the slightly different diameter attys.
I drill out the side hole to 1/16" for VG ejuice; you will adjust the size to fit what you vape.
Assemble and fire it up. The gasket goes around the tube where the slot is and is the air control. Move it to cover or uncover the slot to tighten or loosen the draw.
Put it on your favorite PV, adjust volt if available, and enjoy.
