Ok, now with my 5 posts out of the way, I can show what I made using knowledge from this forum.
Picture 12.jpg

18650 3.7volt demonfire battery and it's protective case it came in as the housing.

Until I make a trip to radio shack, i'm touching 2 exposed wires (great name idea!) together to vape.

Picture 14.jpg

I hate buying new units for my eGo clearomizer, so I now change the coil out for new 28 AWG wire. And now it drips.

VERY basic stuff, but very good for what little materials I have. Will post more with momentary button.

Anyway -- so what are your plans to mount the atty? are you going to drill a hole and put it next to the battery?

Also you need to think of a way to charge it -- you can get a single cell liion charger on ebay for less than you will spend at radio shack for a momentary switch :)
and that would make it so you don't have to take it apart to recharge your batteries...
might as well order them both from the same vendor and save some coin for a 510 that you can mount to it later if possible (like $4-5) then you can swap out your devices...

With knowledge from this forum that has to be the saddest build I ever seen. Maybe you misread many things..

So are saying this forum caused you to use a battery with no specs listed of its discharge and you missed the warnings of don't use any battery with fire in its name.
Some batteries cannot take even an amp of discharge.. They are rated for ma...

You really need to read more, you can make the best of best switches for a mechanical, posted multiple times.

You made Vapero sad lol...

If this was graded for school you get a big fat F...

Posted a few down Radio Shack is closing and their switches suck...

Thank you to those with supportive replies. Since this build was done entirely in a night, I'm going to completely overhaul it's design. I like the idea of using the case the battery came in as the shell since it is made to fit perfectly. I have a 510 adapter that I'm going to utilize as a fixed piece to mount an atty. Going to start designs tonight and hopefully build tomorrow. Visus, nothing constructive came from your response, so I'm going to just ignore you now :)

Dont worry about the D-bags ;) I've seen much worse from people who went out and bought a ton of crap to make it.

I bought an intellicharger with the batteries, my mechanical mod and little boy clone was stolen so I have an ohm meter and kanthal wire laying around doing nothing.

2 Pack Demonfire IMR 18650 Rechargeable Limn Batteries High Drain 3 7V 2000mAh | eBay

30A 2000mah battery is overkill for a 1.8ohm build in my opinion -- but better to be safe than sorry.

go kick your dog or something -- your abuse is not helping this thread any...

I didn't care for his prior location either... but its his choice man -- to me it sounded like a teapartier that still hasn't admitted to themselves the teaparty is just another name for republicans... but freedom of speech is what our great country is all about ;)

Your so right I was inappropriate I should have left it.

I can put batteries up on ebay and say they are 100 amp until they have been tested what does it mean.

Has he found new awesome batteries that everybody in the vaping and flashlight industry has missed?

None of what I said was wrong...

Ill be a baby about anothers safety...

I have several scars and a few healed bones from things I learned prior to the time when I helped a bunch of guys from Bell labs invent the Internet, so I don't mind seeing others doing things that "may" result in a learning experience. Forums should be helpful and a place to grow. Make your mods and listen to the advice that rings true to you! Read the safety warnings that are posted on this sub-forum as you are dealing with things that can go boom and really make for a bad day/life. I have fried/popped/burned/exploded lipos in various configurations since they first came out (pioneer in RC electric aircraft...we were taking laptops and cellphones apart back in the day).

Just keep making, keep learning and keep being better at the end of the day than you were at the start and things will be great.
