How does that work? I'd like to give it a go, how does the switch sit next to the battery spring? You can move the switch to the bottom if you like and use your pinky finger to fire it but I think it looks much better with the switch on top.

What a shame sad to hear of the troubles I have just read on this thread. My Poldiac's and DID's are just gathering dust for now as I have moved on to newer technology devices, its good to know I still have good devices to fall back on.
Yes, you can be sure this old technology will make vapor far into the future. What a shame sad to hear of the troubles I have just read on this thread. Dead sexy and rock solid, mechs are like Hi-Fi, you'll come back to them and pay a premium to do it.Old tech? Just reliable, and no electronics to fail. I'd definitely keep them.
Sad? Troubles? What are you talking about? We love our Poldiacs, that's what the thread is about. If you don't like yours I'm sorry, but I'm sure someone will be happy to take them off your hands.
Greek currency crisis, MMV downsizing, Poldiacs discontinued = sad, troubles.
And you just had to add how your Poldiacs are gathering dust in a drawer and how you moved on to better technology. Right...
Why don't you just start a thread "Poldiac bashing club?"
Huh? I think you're directing your rage at the wrong person. I said none of those things. I pretty much strictly use mechanicals and there is no dust on my Poldiac.
