Pompesian Tea

I think it's pretty good as is, but might lower the pomegranate just a touch in the next batch. Greengage is an asian plum that adds a little sourness and mixes well with the other flavors IMO.

Pomegranate (Capellas) - 12
Greengage (Hangsen) - 5
Green Tea (TFA) - 3

I wanted to do a passion fruit green tea also. Does anyone know what percentage TPA's passion fruit would be good at?

this looks good. I have none of those flavors lol. I never have enough flavors. scheming tea recipes also tho. thanks for the idea.
