My recent experience with the shop was very disappointing. Bought Caliburn G kit along with Tropicana Saltnic as suggested by them.
Problem
1. Pod is burning the lips when used
2. liquid is leaking like a tap
AND when i contacted them this was the response of Lee - THE manager
1. Vape will burn ur lips and tongue. So stop using Vape
2. There is no warranty on leakage
3. buy a new coil and liquid and try your luck
I dnt need to say more. Please AVOID this shop

Can any member suggest how to improve the leaking issue and reduce burning effect

Hi and welcome,
Most pods are designed to be used for three to five pulls and then allowed to rest for 5-10 minutes.
If you are over using the device, it may over heat. Buy a second device.
If you over fill the device, it may be more inclined to leak. Fill only 80% of capacity.

If you find the Uwell device to not fit your needs, consider upgrading to something more suitable to how you will be using the product.
Perhaps something like the Innokin Sceptre would be a better fit.

TLDR; it's a cheap pod device, if it doesn't fit your lifestyle find another unit that will.

I see nothing unreasonable about this as a response. Maybe a bit more forward than you were expecting, but it's like buying a lawnmower, and then calling and demanding to talk to the manager, when his reply is going to be "Yep, it has a spinning blade. It's dangerous. Don't use it if you can't do so safely." Did you do your DD/research on the product beforehand? Unfortunately you're not going to find much of this info on Facebook.

Did you purchase the product on some sort of clearance sale? Those are often void of any replacements as the cost to replace it would cost them more than the product itself.

Leakage is something you're going to run into more often than not. There isn't a day goes by that I'm not dealing with some sort of leak, or seepage, or residue from vape juice. Pods/atomizers often leak immediately after refilling or replacing the coil if the airflow control isn't closed off - pods don't usually have this option unless it's built into the coil. Is it still leaking?

For burning on the lips, try putting your lips a little further down on the pod, closer to the mod/body of the pod kit. Also try cupping the mouth piece with your lips, as opposed to making duck lips when inhaling.
