I started with 24 mg. I needed the extra nic to prevent nicotine cravings. I have since gone down to 11 and 18 for the most part. Sometimes I still want a higher level, and sometimes I want a lower level.

Originally I thought I would wean myself off of nicotine, but I have decided that I really have no desire or reason to! So I'll keep vaping on my variety of nic levels.

My first order of carts was 24mg and 18mg. My next order was for 36mg. I ordered some juice from another place [sorry, you guys were out!] at 24mg/26mg.

24-36 seems to be my sweet spot. I got some 100mg unflavored which I intend to mix down to 33mg, 25mg, and 20mg. That should satisfy me while being easy to mix due to the percentages.

I put nicotine in the same class as caffeine - good and useful assuming you are responsible. I don't intend to quit either.

Had my first e-cig two weeks ago, a "puresmoke" brand bought in a San Francisco Mission smoke shop. The medium carts where way too weak and I refilled with a box of high strength carts. These were better but I was going through maybe three carts a day. Considering I only smoked a little over 1/2 a pack of analog lights a day this seemed pretty bad so I ordered a greencig kit from nhaler. Now these things are also 'high', supposedly 15 or 18mg but they absolutely knock me out compared to the puresmoke high carts. So I really have no idea what level is right for me. On a related note, I can't seem to find many suppliers for greencig carts. They are all either back-ordered or only available in a few flavors/colors and only high strength. Any sources for weaker greencig carts?

This is the V4L subforum so I'm not sure you will find answers to that here.

Haha, I am with Skinny on this one. I originally bought 24 and 36 when I first started to vape and I thought it was really harsh, so I switch to 18. To get use to vaping. I think it was the switch from going from a analog to a digital that was the hardest. Anyway, 18 just doesn't work very well anymore so I am back to 24 most the day, and then 18 at night.
