Hi everyone!
Just found an interesting item that is similar to the KENSINGTON K38021US Portable Power Pack but cheaper only 17.95, and it is only 650mAh but uses a lith batt:
Portable Mini USB Charger/Spare Battery, Blue

And it comes in different colors so women can accessorize

Am ordering one tommarow for my passthrough.

both of those wont work for a usb pass through and oddly enough the big one wont work with a USB charger but the Mini will. I have both of them.

The first one (650mah) will NOT work. It overloads and shuts down immediately if you connect a pass through and try to use it. I made the error of purchasing one.

I wouldn't bother with the second one either since the site doesn't list the specifications on it.

The Kensington cost more, but it WORKS and is worth it, especially if you find it on sale.

Hey thanks, just saved me some money. Have been looking for a portable USB for my pass through. I did a search on here for USB batteries etc but only found dicsussion on the Kensington. I guess we need a "What didnt Work" thread. And list all the products that people had a bad experiance with or flat out do not work so people dont waste money trying somthing some else has already tried.
