Is there any way to adjust the positive pin on the top cap? Still working, but it seems over time I'm needing to tighten attys/cartos more to make contact. Most still work fine (and when I have a pin or something with I can adjust the pin on the atty/carto) but more often than before I'm having to noodle to make contact.

I found a thread on a different forum that says you can adjust the center pin, but doesn't tell how. One cool thing it does tell is how to disassemble the Provari complete with pictures of top cap & board removed. Provape Support answered the question for me:

The brass pin in the top cap is press fit into the top cap and has a plastic bushing between it and the cap. If the plastic bushing has been broken, it is possible the brass pin may have lowered a bit. As it is, you can try and raise the pin by wrapping some fishing wire around it and pull up a bit. If that doesn't work, however, you can send it in and have us do it for you. If we find the plastic bushing is broken, we would gladly replace it for a new one.

Kindly,
Cecilia
