So a little background first. I have two of the regular stick style mini kits: GotVapes SMOKtech 350mah 510 Stick Style MINI Kit - Cherry Red [GV-350mah510minikit-cherryred] - $27.95 : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more
These kits are great. My BF and I have been using them for a few weeks now with no problems. Our boss saw our kits and was interested in vaping again after a so-so experience with Blu last year. Since the mini kits I have are out of stock I ordered him a Flux on the Town mini kit: GotVapes FLüX OnTheTown 510 e-Cigarette Pack Titanium [gotvapes-fluxonthetown-510tit] - $18.14 : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more
He had been using it for two days with no problems, but now it seems like there's something wrong with the battery. He says the LED is staying on continuously whether or not he is pressing the button, and no vapor is being produced when a Fluxo is screwed on. The LED is the strangest part to me. Don't these things have a cutoff? He sent me a picture of the battery sitting on his table, no carto attached, and the light is clearly glowing. Weird.
Anyway, I haven't had a chance to look at it in person yet, but I trust that he wasn't doing anything out of the ordinary with it. Like I said, he tried Blu before so he's not a complete noob. Could he have gotten a defective battery? I know there are no refunds on cartos unless they're DOA, but what about batteries?
I just feel bad for him. He was really excited to try vaping again after seeing how much success my BF and I had (we're both one month smoke-free this week). I've been so happy with the products I've gotten from GV and I don't want my boss to get turned off vaping again due to a bad experience. I'd just like to know if there's anything I can do or if anyone knows why the battery might do that. Any help would be great, thanks.
