possible problem with mod/tank

I just recently purchased the itaste mvp 2 and am using a smok micro adc ii. This morning i went to use it and got the non message, so i unscrewed the tank and put it back on and after multiple ohm checks instead of reading 1.5 as normal it was jumping around between 1.6 and 2.1. Just wondering if something is wrong with the mvp or if i just need to replace the coil. Any feedback would be awesome. Thanks

if you have a multimeter you can check the topper by itself.

It could be a problem of depressed centerpin on the mod due to overtightening.

Sounds like it could be a little loose, did you make sure the coil and everything is tight?

I did check tightness. Although i may have over tightened the tank. I dont have a multimeter unfortunately.

Is there a way to check if the center pin is depressed and is it fixable or did i ruin it?

I would just like to say thank you to everyone for your feedback. It was the center pin and the issue has been resolved. Its actually vaping better than when i first purchased it. Thanks again
