As I have mentioned I have an intellcig supermini. I love it and have not had a traditional ciggy since I have used it. The reason I bought a supermini is because my wife is trying yo stop smoking too and she feels very self concsious of using an e-cig, so I wanted something that looked as close to a normal cig as possible. The only issue I have with it is one that you are all familiar with and that is the carts really only last as long as two cigs at best. Now it is not the end of the world, I fill my own carts and just keep a few with me. But looking at the cart it is barely half the width of the mouthpiece it is in. Now obviously it cannot be any longer than it is because the atomiser fits into the mouthpiece too, but could it not be wider so it was as wide as the mouth piece? That way the cart would be twice as wide as it is and therefore hold nearly twice the amount of liquid. Just a thought, any comments greatfully recieved, and any experts on here that could make and sell such a cart to me would be even better. lol.

The space around the filler holder needs to be there to let the air through. This is one of the draw backs of a Supermini, everything is to small.
I've started to carry an eye dropper bottle with e-juice in it to top up my super mini, every 2 cigarettes worth of puffing, i pop the cart off and top up with a single drop directly onto the atomiser ad one into the cart. not ideal, but a lot cheaper than constantly replacing cats every few smokes
maybe try the janty yentl while it's on sale. Could be the best example of the closest to real burning cig available with the best technology but size you are looking for take a look.
Yes, I'm also an Intellicig supermini fan. A drop of glycerine seems to make the cart last longer and produce more vapour. I've also found that if my leave my carts to stand for an hour or so after topping up they seem to last longer than when using them immediately after topping up.
