Possibly dumb question...

So i know my device is horrible, and I'm using a horrible juice. It's all I had available when I bought my stuff sunday(before I knew any better) but is that why I'm not getting much of a vapor cloud at all?

Currently have a G1 pen and BLAST juice 24mg nic. No idea what the PG/VG ratio is... it doesnt say. And also judging by the place I got it, these things may have been on their shelf for months. I'm just suffering through untill my new juice gets here hopefully friday, and ordering my Vision Spinner and Protank Mini tomorrow. The juice i have coming is i think 16mg, maybe 18. And 50/50 PG/VG. Do you think I'll notoce a difference in vapor production with my new better juice?

Is the ejuice you have now easy to fill the tank with? In others words, is the ejuice thin? If so, you could go to walmart and buy some USP glycerin found in the pharmacy area usually with the first aid stuff/bandages. Take a couple of drops and put in the bottle of ejuice and shake. Vapor is ejuice mostly comes from vg(vegetable glycerin). It may also tone down the flavor a little.

Welcome. I too am new to vaping. I started 1 week ago and have not smoked a real cig since. I've done a lot of research but am a noob. So here is my opinion,but remember I am new to this as well. For the first part it sounds like you answered yOur own question as to your set up not being ideal. I think from what I have read the set up that you ordered will be good. As to your vape cloud. If you do not know, you should read up n pg and vg. Basically PG is better at producing flavor where as vg doesn't produce flavor as well, but creates a thicker cloud. The juice I have been using is 100% VG and I am happy with it. Produces nice thick vape, and I am more then happy with the flavor. That is my take, hope it helps and is correct as I am new to this as well. Congrats on joining the vaping world, and one thing I do know is joining the forum is a great start as there are a lot of members that have a wealth of knowledge and are willing to share/help!!

I don't know the Blast line, but if you don't like it, the change is probably for the best. Like flavors, the base mix is preference. I use 70% pg. I tried the local shelf blend of 80%vg/20%pg and it just didn't work for me. That's known to work for me and I'm done experimenting. Personally, if the vendor or the manufacturer won't disclose the blend, I won't even give it a try.

The spinner and tank are similar to what I use, and you're going to love your new setup.

Personally, I go for taste and throat hit, and to heck with vapor production. Like most everything around here, it's a matter of personal taste, but you are going to love the new setup and juice.

Some bottles are hard to get the juice to come out whether the juice is thin or thick. You really should not have to squeeze the bottle much at all.
Maybe there are some other vendors in your area to check out? go here and click on your state to see if there are any

Okay, so today I AM ordering the Vision Spinner-rainbow... possibly 1300MAh (unless the smaller ones are really that much cheaper) and the Kanger Protank ll Mini in clear. Plus I am hoping to get an extra pack of heads for the protank (but I don't know what resistance to get)
Now, the search is on for where to get them from for the cheapest price. Yes, I want to go as cheap as I possibly can since I've already blown so much on my horrible setup. My new juices should be here by the end of the week (HURRY UP POSTMAN! lol)

Cheapest place I've found so far is Healthcabin, but their payment system just seems weird to me. Only Western Union or Paypal? C'mon, I don't want to do WU and I don't have Paypal...

Also, I've heard people say a few times not to get a metal tip for my setup... something about it can leave a bad taste... is it really that big of a difference? I want one of the vase style tips, and I really really love the look of the pink metal ones.

Health Cabin is in China. It will takes weeks to get to you. I suggest a vendor in the US. Take a look at General E-Liquid Discussion. You'll get lots of recommendations there!

Sorry, I can't really recommend anything myself. I make my own juice instead.



ETA: So far as drip tips go, try a couple of different kinds and see what you like. They do make pink in other materials besides metal, you know. I have no problem with metal. But, since you live further north and it is winter, you might want to grab a non-metal one for when you're out in the cold. You wouldn't want to get stuck to your drip-tip while you're out in freezing weather!

BTW, you may indeed notice a "metalic" taste from the metal tips; I do and have exchanged them for my own Acrylic's or woods.

Ok i found almost everythin i want on the sweetvapes store... not sure what to look for as far as replacement heads for mu protank mini though... sonfar my shopping cart totals like $48. Thats for an acrylic tip(ce4 will fit in the protank, right?) , kanger protank ll mini, 1300 MAh Vision spinner Rainbow. Does that sound decent?

Sounds like you're on the right path w/ the spinner and the PT mini. That was my first setup, and I still use it daily for out and about. Mind you, the CE4 tips will NOT fit on the protanks. Look for tips that say "510". The metal one that comes with it is fine, but like you, I prefer acrylic/delrin/something plastic. That site has the acrylic vase drip tips in 510 for ya. Oh, and if you're still ordering, pick up replacement coils (preferably a 5-pack). The spinner (IMHO) does okay with any resistance offered (because of the variable voltage--spin to taste, lol). I tend to find 2.2 ohms (right in the middle) just fine.

For the coils, look for Kanger brand (knockoffs/generics not advised, imo). They will say "Protank/EVOD/Unitank" replacement. Those will fit your mini. I personally like 2.2, it's easily available locally for me, 2.5 are usually sold out for some reason, but I don't suggest higher than those.

On another note, if you end up like the protank mini, those coils fit the Kanger EVOD, which is a super nice, cheap plastic tank for backup. I've got three, lol. Nice for switching tanks when you want a different flavor, instead of refilling so much.
