Is there a alternative manual battery that is compatible with bloog cartos?

Any manual KR808D-1 will work with those. There are also adapters available so you can use them on anything that has 510 threading (like an ego).

I like to use them on my Vapor King Single Logo Manual Battery and on THE ELEGANT EASY XXL 1300 and they're great on both. I'm sure that there are other good ones too.

Leaford has also said that Bloog will have a sealed manual coming out some time soon, if you don't mind waiting.

Edited to add: The Elegant Easy may be the same as a Riva 901, similar to this one, but I haven't confirmed that.
