Possibly the best starter kit for a new vaper?

Browsing around one of my favorite vendors while getting a black on black vapeonly, and found this in their starter kits

I agree. The passthru batteries are some of my favorites! That kit is cheap enough for a newbie, and will last long enough for them to order more supplies if they want.
