I have two:

Peachaloupe 10ml
75/25 PG/VG @ 22% nic
4% Juicy Peach TFA
8% Cantaloupe TFA
2 drops EM
2 drops Lemon juice
Juicy Peach is wonderful on it's own. Throw in the cantaloupe and Wow!!!

Quince 10ml
75/25 PG/VG @ 22% nic
10% Quince TFA
2 drops EM
2 drops Lemon juice
A delightful fruity vape. A tad sharp but not too sharp. Unique flavor, maybe a mix of Pear and Apple. Great throat hit and vapor.

All supply's from Wizard Labs

What does the white vinegar do to the juice?

Vinegar adds acidity to the mix, it can help flavors "pop" . Alcohol and distilled water are used to thin juices with high VG content, alcohol also enhances throat hit.

What he said. I've started adding 1 drop per 5ml of vinegar to all of my juices. Some people like lemon concentrate (think those plastic lemon bottles), but there are too many "mystery ingredients" in there for me.

Would you use the same percentage using Everclear?

Everclear is not used in the same way that vinegar is. Normally Everclear / vodka / any high proof neutral flavored liquor is used to thin 100% VG juices and add the throat hit that water doesn't OR added to any juice (in small amounts) for additional throat hit. You'll see the second a lot in 0 (or low) nic juices where the creator is missing the TH of higher nic content. I've never played with this because I vape 50/50 pg/vg and don't need to add TH to my juices.

Can you please tell me what EM is?

Ethyl Maltol. Bought as a 10% solution (with PG as a base), also known as cotton candy flavoring or bought as crystals, then you can mix it to what ever % you want, with any base you want.

Quoted from Hoosier's blog for DIY:
EM = Ethyl Maltol. You may as well tie one hand behind your back if you do not have some of this in your stash of stuff. (Two flavoring companies that I know of also sell this in a 10% solution as Cotton Candy Flavoring.) I use EM in a 10% solution and here is what it does:
Tiny Bit (A fraction of 1% in your mix) - Gives a "body" to the vapor and may slightly reduce sharp notes.
A Bit (Close to 1% +/- in your mix) - As above but will take the edge off sharp notes and may very slightly sweeten.
A Bunch (1%-5% of your total mix) - As above plus sweeten
A Load (10%+ of your total mix) - Cotton Candy flavor
Note that some folks are sensitive to the effects of EM and can taste sweetness at 0.05%, but this is fairly rare, and some folks are resistant to the effect and will never get anything sweet out of EM, but it will still add a depth to their juice that is feel more than taste. I don't care if you buy Maltol crystals and make your own solution or if you buy a 10% solution of ethyl maltol premade, like I do, just get it and experiment with it.

I didnt have any burnt taste wicking issues previous to this but now I know I did, perfect chain vape... rfol... awesome
