Camel -

  • Taste is similar to the current line, but the flavor is less sweet. The current flavor has a sort of "honey" taste.
  • This is confusing. The vapor is sweeter, but there is a "honey" taste or something in the current line that is missing.
  • Same "peppery" kick. I am chalking this up to the VG. I have done some DIY with a VG base that had a similar taste.
  • Much thicker consistency. Less flow and am not able to heavily/rapidly vape through my 3 drops. I have to break in between.
  • I like the taste, but would have to have a thinner consistency to enjoy it. This might be an option best in a PG/VG blend for me.

Now, on to the Black Tea. :)

I agree with tybin . . . I was watching a movie last night and vaping the Tobacco. I had to blow the vapor away and rewind a couple times because I missed something.

Black Tea -

  • Taste is pretty much the same as the current line. A little more subtle though.
  • The overall vape is sweeter.
  • I do not notice the "peppery" taste with this, so that shoots my VG theory down.
  • Thicker consistency. Not as much as the Camel and Tobacco flavors though. The consistency of the consistency is odd?
  • I like this as much as the current line. Black Tea was not an all day vape for me, but I enjoyed it in the evenings. With the added sweetness, I really could not do the new blend as an all day, but that's just me with sweetness.

I ended up voting for Virginia, Blended, and Black Tea for the poll. I tried to like the Camel and Tobacco, but could not. It was not in the flavor, but mainly with the thickness. I will end up mixing in a little PG to thin them down and I will still enjoy them.

The thickness might be a problem in my opinion, because when I see newbies asking about all VG stuff, I have been simply sending them to Good Prophets because it could be used easily in cartos and did not have the typical VG thickness issues. I would be more hard-pressed to generically send them this way if the juice were to be thicker. For the taste though, there does not seem to be any issues. Overall - good line.

I agree with FreakyStylie as far as the thickness goes of the sample liquid. I use an EGO-T most of the time and have never had a problem with the old VG line, but this new stuff does not want to work well for me in the tanks. Since I use a really low nic level anways, I just mixed some of the old 0mg menthol with the new Menthol and no more problems. The new does produce tons of vapor, but I'm still lovin the old a lot more. Not a knock down on the new tho either...just my opinion. :)

FS,

Very nice detailed, interesting reviews.

The poll is a bit saturated with non-users, but overall, it seems that people do like the Sample #1 VG line.

We will give some thought, and also allow some more feedback and reviews in, before we decide.

But at this point, we may offer the 100% VG Thin line, and the VG Thick line. lol
Of course the Thick line would have less flavors, but maybe more into the tobaccos.
Soon to see

Thanks
Rob

I purchased 2 bottles of the sample liquid....Cinnamon and Black Tea. Both juices gave me excellent throat hit and wonderful thick rich vapor. Flavorwise, the cinnamon isn't a really hot juice like some vendors' cinnamon juices (AC) , nor is it particularly sweet. It is really a little weaker, flavorwise than I was expecting. I probably wouldn't buy this to vape by itself, but I found it to be especially good when mixed with other flavors. I really love the Cinn-A-Bun flavor from the High Caliber line. My only complaint being that it is a little too sweet for me to vape all day. When I added a little of the cinnamon sample to it, it really cut the sweetness and added a little extra cinnamon bite. It also mixes well with cappuccino and vanilla flavors. I'm on the fence about giving this one a vote because I really like the flavor of the Hot Cinnamon from the HC line a little better. It's probably clear that I'm a High Caliber fan as IMO there some real winners in that line. (Hopefully it isn't in jeopardy).

I'm also on the fence about the Black Tea. I was very interested in trying this sample because Black Tea has been pretty much an everyday vape for me recently. The sample has very similar flavor to the current VG Black Tea although it is slightly sweeter and, I think, not quite as strong. This echoes what has been said in previous posts about this sample line. This juice is obviously thicker and I think the vapor is a bit more dense as well. It makes for a very smooth vape, one that I could easily vape all day. The problem is with the thickness of the juice and how it works in cartos. I filled one of my 2.0 ohm Mega 808 cartos with this and it vaped beautifully until about my 3rd top-off when I started noticing the draw getting tighter. I got out my bottle of original vg Black Tea and did the next couple of top-offs with it. Voila!!... the draw started to loosen up again. I probably would have given the edge to the new stuff if it weren't for this potential problem.

(Interestingly, with the cinnamon juice, a used an 801 Fusion carto and had no problems with draw at all. Who knows?)

Rob, just FYI... I didn't vote. I've enjoyed the reviews, though.

Also, for what it's worth, my general VG vaping preference is for thinner juices with stronger flavs. That's what brought me here. Your current menth, 555, and blueberry are great examples of what's kept me here and even encouraged me to recommend your VGs to others from time to time. But whatever your eventual decisions are, I'll definitely give anything new a chance. I know you have your reasons. Good luck, and thanks again for seeking feedback!

    Somewhere between here and there
I got my order Saturday. I bought the Virginia, Camel, and Blended. All of them have a pretty good throat hit and produce large amounts of vapor. The Virginia is ok but to me no where near as good as the GP USA one. I haven't tried the thinner VG Virginia so can't compare the two. The Camel seem kind of light in the flavor dept. to me. The Blended was my favorite of the three. I thought it had a nice strong tobacco flavor with a hint of citrus in the background. The thickness of the new liquids that I have heard some people complain about wasn't an issue with me since I only drip. However I might try some of the clearomizers when Rob gets them.

I picked up peach, blueberry, menthol and doublemint.
The double mint was my favorite flavor. Has a nice sweet minty flavor. I would purchase more of this one, It is quickly becoming one of my favorites.
The peach is also really good. to me it seems a little sweeter than the first line.
The blueberry and the menthol were both good vapes with good flavor but I prefer the flavors of the first line. I don't mind the thickness at all. It is still alot thinner than most of the vg juices I have tried. And It seems to me when I am dripping,I drip less often!
over all I am impressed, I am trying to talk myself out of ordering the flavors I didnt the first time! lol

I ordered a Tobacco for my friend, who does not have/use the internet, but always has me buy the old VG Tobacco for her. Anyways, she says she actually likes the new Tobacco better than the old. She says the vapor is awesome and the taste smoother. Sorry I can't be more detailed, but hard to write a review for someone else.

Rob, I can't vote for her eiuther, but she would definitely vote for the Tobacco!

I can't vote again but today I tried the BLENDED and absolutely love it,
It's amazingly thin for a VG juice which means I can use it in a carto as well as dripping.
Blended reminds me of 555 with a bit of a nutty taste in the background yet still a good solid tobacco flavor,

I think I've discovered that I have developed an allergy to PG, Yesterday while out shopping I suddenly broke out in red splotches (hives) on my forehead and cheeks, The ones on my forehead stayed with me faintly throughout the day and night.
When I got home, I switched to a 100% VG on the hunch that the PG was causing the problems,
SLOWLY....the problems abated, Red hives, flushed face, tingling feeling, 'off' feeling inside, a little dizzy,
Today I started the day with VG (by chance I had ordered a 5 ml bottle of MaxBoro from FSUSA that was all VG by mistake).
It was too thick for a carto so I was direct dripping until I mixed a few drops of Vodka in it to thin it (which unfortunately also thinned the flavor a lot).
Finally at noon, I filled a carto with 20/80 mix I had.
Loved the taste and TH but within a half hour I started feeling bad again and the red splotches started flaming on my forehead again. They are also a bit rough and dry,
I went back to the VG not really enjoying it and almost out of it.
2 PM the mail came and along with it my samples from GoodProphets of 100% VG.
Absolutely love the Blended AND what I suspect are allergy reactions to the PG I was vaping are quickly going away,

I just packed up all of my PG juices and pulled all of my cartos and attys for cleaning.
Thank goodness I received my samples from GP today, I can continue vaping rather than having to go back to analogs,
(seriously was thinking it...I don't play well without my drug of choice)
I hope that GP makes this line available for purchase soon, I just placed an emergency order with them for two other flavors I hadn't ordered before.

    Short summary:
I love the Blended,,,,great flavor....good vapor....nice TH although I like a bit more sometimes and will use my PT or a LR atty to get my fix there when needed/desired. I take that back,,,really good TH.

Thanks for the opportunity and for saving me from having to revert to analogs

    Flavor opinions #2
BLENDED - I already made my comments on this flavor, I can't say enough, Mildly sweet tobacco with slight nutty tones, Great vapor, great throat hit,,,definitely my favorite,,,,,not only of the samples but now my favorite juice, (How does this compare to the 'original' TAB???)

555 - Great vapor,,,harsh throat hit,,,,dry taste with not a lot of flavor to me. To me it was more like a stale analog, Sorry. Maybe steeping will help it.

    thanks intriqken!

Yes, Blended always has the most flavor out of the tobacco's
I always get a maple flavor that is over the top for me.
I just got done vaping an eGo-T Tank cart of the VG sample Blended and it was pretty good.
But the current 100%VG line Blended is much stronger to me.

555 normal is with a nutty flavor and more harsh, so that is along the lines.

I really like the double mint in the new sample line. It is not too sweet or cloy, nice throat hit, very good vapor production. One of the better double mints I've tried.
Camule: I'm not liking this as much as the regular VG line. Decent throat hit, good vapor, but the flavor is muted compared to the regular VG line and didn't do well in my boge carto at all. I ended up dripping it to get a real handle on the flavor - still very muted compared to the "old" line. And it has the faint "chemical" taste of VG.

I went ahead and tried the Blended, French Pipe, Virginia and Cinnamon.

My wife really likes the Blended - and it seems to be her new all-evening favorite. It definitely has the same basic flavor as the old VG Blended TAB, just a little less of it. Not quite so over the top maple. Still definitely a hint of maple in there, its just not quite as strong. The French Pipe is very interesting - I keep getting a hint of chocolate, which I wasn't expecting (maybe I'm imagining it, not sure). In general, I seemed to have the same reaction to all three - Blended/French Pipe/Virginia. Really liked the flavors at first (Virginia probably the least, but still was OK with it), but after an hour or so, I kinda got tired of them for whatever reason, and found myself wanting to switch back to the Camel or the 555.

The cinnamon, on the other hand - neither me nor my wife liked it at all. There's something weird in the flavor, almost tastes like strawberry-cinnamon. Weird. Idunno, some may like it, but I'm not a fan.

Still enjoying the Camel and 555 though. Preference to the Camel - I'm actually just now hitting the end of my bottle and will have to switch to the 555. heh

I am testing the French Pipe, keep in mind this is my first bottle of pure VG after a month or so of 70/30 and my first day on the new LR tanks after using regular tanks for a while. Flavor is excellent, nice rich tobacco flavor and aroma, vapor production is HUGE!, TH is nice and mild and it seems to be wicking in my tank with no problem, although it is definitely a little thicker than the original VG. I am definitely enjoying it as my all day vape.
