Examples? Not entirely sure what you mean in the above statement.

I think it means that ones that are uploaded as an attachment directly to ECF aren't showing up. Ones that are displayed via a hosted photo service (such as photobucket) are working fine.

I've always had issues with posting photos via ECF's internal system. Photobucket works so much better.

done both and neither fixed the issue :(

try this:
1) close browser-- all instances
2) start Task Manager
3) click Processes tab
4) look for your browser in the list.
5) if found, select it to hilite it, then click End Process button.
6) restart browser
7) clear cache
8) hurry on back here to see if its fixed :)

that will occasionally clear a problem that a restart can't fix...

what OS/version are you using?
