Potion Vape

I looked back through the pages of the forum and saw that the old post was deleted. I said that I would come back when my order (finally) came and update some people on what I thought of them, so here it is so far.

I haven't tasted any because none of them smell even close to being ready to vape (they were mixed on the 16th of January, mine are all from the OrganaTine 100%VG line).

• Elderberry Ice: This is my first re-order from them, and I got a 15mL bottle. It smells really, really strong, just like the sample did, so I'm going to wait until it is 14 days old before I even consider dripping some. If it works out like the sample did, it should be ok by then, and then it will start getting even better. This is one of my favorite flavors right now. I'm really loving the cobalt glass and dropper in the larger sizes. I hate that the sample sizes have no dropper.
• Yellow Berry: I hope this is as good as it smells, because it smells like a berry lemonade. I can't wait to try this one!
• Up and Running: Smells almost exactly like Coffee Addict. I think I can sort of detect a hint of the amaretto (I think that's the other flavor in this, besides coffee).
• Youth: This one smells...interesting. I can smell a bit of elderberry, I think a little rhubarb, and I don't know what else. I'm really curious about this one, and I can't wait to taste it.
• Pina Colada: Meh. This one smells like cheap rum and canned pineapple. I hope it tastes better than it smells.
• Jasminade: This one smells nice. The jasmine is strong, so it's definitely going to need to steep a little.

I'll come back when I taste them and update.

Anyone else want to add experiences with any flavors from Potion vape? I know a couple of people had ordered from them, or were planning to, so I'd love to hear what you thought of them.

I got my sampler, Youth, Blackberry Midnight, and Jasminade, all in little glass bottles with "Created for" and my full name on them which was kind of unique and cool. They smell so incredible! I had a little sample of each and they are very good so far but I can tell they will need to sit for a while to develop more. I'm impressed so far though!

Was it you that found the inclusion of rhubarb in Youth exciting, or was that someone else? I'm really curious about Blackberry Midnight, so if you don't mind, could you let me know how that one develops as it steeps?

Has anyone else tried anything new? Have any thoughts on flavors that were steeping? Any favorites or recommendations to add? I'm not sure if I'll try anything else from them. I'm just not blown away. I do still love Elderberry Ice, though.

Tasting update:

Jasminade is interesting. While it smelled more like jasmine than lemonade, I was kind of expecting more lemonade flavor from what I've heard about it. I think I like it, but I'm not sure if I like it enough to reorder in a larger bottle.

Up & Running...I'm not getting much flavor at all from this one. It basically smells exactly like Coffee Addict, though. What little flavor I am getting tastes nothing like coffee. It's like tea made from some kind of nutshell. That's the only way I know how to describe it.

Yello Berry is sort of...dry? I'm not sure how to explain it. Almost no flavor with this one, too, but I can taste a little lemon.

The only scent I can identify in Youth is eldererry, but there's definitely something else in there, they're just overpowered by the elderberry. The elderberry doesn't overpower everything in the taste, though. I can definitely taste elderberry, a hint of rhubarb and something citrusy (I'm not sure what...it could be lemon, orange, I don't know, but it isn't really bitter), and there's a light floral touch on the exhale. I think I like this one.

I still haven't tried Pina Colada because I can't get past the canned pineapple smell. I'm just not crazy about a lot of pineapple in a vape, even though I love real pineapples. I guess it's like pears for me, which is the exact opposite (love the vapes, detest the real fruit).
