I reassembled an AVS with an i6, and it's vaping correctly at 6v (whew). I assembled it not quite as snugly as I did before, which was leftover behavior learned from the AFSv2. I had to screw that mod together as tight as possible by hand to prevent leakage.
Now there's no flooding, hot button, or juice in mouth, and it's vaping correctly at the right voltage. I think as with pants, too tight is not a good thing on the AVS.
I'll try this with a i3 or 3.7v 901 after a few hours in the sack.
