Thanks for the quick reply, I just started vaping a couple days ago.
Started with a 510 but looking for something with a little better battery life and
more oomph. The reviews seemed to show your M601/602s are the way to go.

So far, I prefer the manual switch over the auto. (510 came with 1 of each)
However I'm usually away from the computer all day, and need something like the PCC
to keep the batteries charged, do you have a good suggestion for something
that would fit my needs? (should i just carry around extra batteries? how many would i need to last a day with 602? I used to smoke 1 1/2 packs a day, and it seems like i vape even more, i change my 510 batteries around 4-6 times a day)

I considered the M401's but it didnt seem like much of an improvement over the 510s.
(I may be wrong here)

The M601 Ultra and M401 Ultra have class-leading batteries, but their real forte is the atomizers. Both will produce tons of vapour (once broken in), fantastic throat-hit, and lots of flavor (with no burnt taste).

For a heavy vapourer such as yourself, a PCC is the perfect solution. If you prefer manual button, I would recommend the PowerPal M401M. I think that you will find not only the obvious advantages of carrying a PCC, but that you will be pleasantly surprised with the overall performance of the M401 vs your 510.

Your other option is to look at a high power battery mod... such as the BB.
These class of PV's will obviously give you much more battery-life from a single charge.

Is the compatibility with a 602 merely an issue of not being able to fit the battery into the charging port because of the button, or is there some electrical reason that makes them incompatible? If there's nothing critical between the top plate and where the battery button needs to be in order to charge, I'm more than willing to dremel out all the material that I need to in order to get this PCC to work with my 602.

Yes, the space is the problem. There is a foam insert inside the holder section of the PowerPal's, the M601 is not cut wide enough to fit the M602. In my personal PowerPal M601 I have removed the foam insert, and my M602 does fit and will charge... but it is quite tight and not designed for this. It can be done... but we do not recommend it...
