Hi all,

I like to give credit where credit is due.

I ordered some juice from Freedom Smoke USA, and the package arrived today. However I received someone else's order (And someone else had received mine).

Feeling badly for a smaller company, I contacted them in order to return the wrong items. They refused the return and apparently the corrected shipment has already gone out.

This was wonderful service.

One cannot stress too strongly the effect this has on me as a customer.

yeah that was an oddity. That had never happened, the odd thing was the correct packing slip was in there also lol
