The hypothesis that is listed about 5 paragraphs down just said, to me, that "we are looking for the negatives". Anyway, the posting individual, should have known better. Albeit, maybe she was following instructions, but she got my comments. Tactfully, I gave redress for the paragraph in question. Then, I gave redress to the management of that department.
I think I wrote well, given my...frustration. A good research analyst looks at "what is", then looks at the negatives and/or positives in a broad manner, and finally, affects when applied to a given situation.
