Does anyone know where I can find Pre-filled Vanilla 510 Cartomizers? I googled and found a few vendors but they were all sold out or at lowest - 0 nicotine levels. My primary flavors are vanilla and cinnamon. I find starting with a blank cartomizer a pain and figure it would still be a good mix to add the cinnamon to a vanilla cartomizer as it needs re-loading. I have doing this with regular tobacco flavored carts but am getting to where I really don't like the tobacco flavor anymore (this is a good thing in my opinion!). Any direction will be greatly appreciated!

You're going to have a lot more luck just filling blanks. Many if not most of the juices available only come in bottles. Many cartomizers also don't come any other way but blank. It cuts your options way down to only go with pre-filled cartomizers.
You may very well miss out on the best catromizers and best juices out there because they don't come together. Besides, you said you refill them anyway, so all this really saves you is the initial fill.

Blu had them in stock yesterday when I ordered some for the Premium 100. They're 510.
