Are there any vendors that sell their juices pre-steeped? I have had some that are great right out of the mail box (alhusion xpress ) but the majority require steeping

If you are into custards I recommend you check out the Gremlin juice"Gold" Line - it's pricey but they age the juice for at least 2 months. convinced me to order 2x 120ml bottles of the non gold to stuff away in a dark place to try and get it to taste like this myself :)

i picked up a bottle of the 50/50 12mg and it's incredible with BVC's or in a Kayfun/dripper

mmm custard. *refills tank*

How long does it usually take for a new bottle to steep?

It really depends on the flavor. Fruit flavors seem to steep the fastest and are usually ready in a few days to a week. Custards I find tend to take 3-4 weeks, and tobaccos I hear take longer (I don't use tobacco flavs)
However your mileage may vary.
I believe that most vendors don't pre-steep juice because it is made to order. I't's difficult to allow custom mixes (flavour shots, ratios, nic levels etc) when you have to mix the juice long before the sale.
