Well hello finally! I am a long time reader, first time poster. I already have a more than a year of ecigs under my belt, and finally decided to join a site that I have gotten a great amount of extremely helpful advice from. Thank you all of you!

But now my problem....

Last night I scared the bejesus out of myself when I got home from seeing a movie with a lady, pulled my precise 18650 out of my pocket and noticed that my 306 drip tip was melted through. I was real lucky. I don't know when it happened but it couldn't have on been for too long as the atty (one I've been using for two months :D) was still working. I have always felt pretty good about walking around with my precise in my jeans pocket but now I am too paranoid to do it. But really, can you blame me?

So what I'm wondering is does anyone know of something I could cap the button with for pocket travel? Or some other kind of way to make the precise 18650 button proof? I have fabricated a gaff tape cap for now (yeah, I'm a stagehand lol) but it is soft and quite the temporary.

Please help! Winter is almost over and soon I won't have a sweater pocket to keep it in! Lol

Thanks!

Super-T is releasing a locking button upgrade within the next couple of weeks for the P-18 (and P-16 as well) Might be worthwhile for you! I was going to tell you to check out the thread in Super-T's forum but you need some posts I see. There is another trick, but I never. tried it. Supposedly a 10ml juice bottle neck fits over the button.

You could remove the atomizer for transport.

Oh, and WELCOME to ECF! :)

Thanks!

However I'm looking for a solution that keeps it fully assembled. I usually top up my atty with a couple drips before walking out the door so I can just pull my pv out of my pocket when I want a quick toot. I also don't like the idea of my atty rolling around in my pocket.

A locking button upgrade would be fantastic. Id really like a link to check out. I am also going to try and see if I have any empty bottles might fit on as a cap.

Thanks guys!!

A link to the thread on the locking cap assembly won't help you until you get the minimum number of posts in, which I think is 15? maybe? so that you can leave the new member area. I would start replying to posts and get your 15 in! Even if you keep replying right here.

Yeah, definitely one of the very best in all respects.

Absolutely. Best e-bogey I've ever had. It's made this habit so much easier to enjoy.

OMG a 5ml juice bottle with the top cut off fits perfectly as a cap. Thank you!!!!

I'm still going to be thoroughly interested in the locking button tho.

Thanks once again gentlemen!
