I just ordered a GLV and mini and wanted to get opinions for my battery purchase.

I have been using AW 3.7v 750 mAh batteries in another device and they work great. I have been told that AW is the best for quality and longevity even at a lower mAh. The size I have are 14500 so they won't work in my new GLV.

Has anyone compared Ultrafire to AW batteries when using their GLV? Or what is your battery of choice? If you have a link to your purchase site that would be even better.

Can't wait to get my GLV! Thank you for your help!!!

I got 4 aw batteries and a new charger for my GLV. I don't know, for me they arn't lasting that long. I have to change my batteries at least 3 times a day. Maybe I vape to much. LOL. I would like to find some that last all day, if that is possible. But so far the aw's I got from light hound do all right, I guess. Lighthound or Madvapes has batteries.

The Aw's will fit the GLV tube perfectly. Ultrafire are tight or not. You cant count on the size being uniform with those. They last about the same amount of time..
I would say stay with AW's.. That's why Jay sells them and recommends them in the GLV's..

I have used them in mine for a year now and the same ones give me about 8 hours of use. Sometimes more.

same here doots! I go all day on one set! Keep a back up set on me....and I am good to go! I just love the fact that they don't rattle around inside the tube like thay do with my other Mods. I think they were custom designed for the GLV...or vice-versa!..LOL

Wow, you're preaching to the choir! And here I was sure I was doing something wrong -- I chain vape low nic liquids in the Nebulinator (Word Up to NebulaBrot!), just like I did analogs, and switch out twice a day. I am going to buy another 4 batteries to have in rotation (instead of just the 4) and I'll be set though it'd be nice if there were longer lasting batteries. This also happened with my mini before I got this, still an awesome 3.7V vaping experience, having to switch the batts twice/day.
I wouldn't trade my new baby for the world, though:vapor::vapor::vapor:!

well I have the same aw batteries as well, from Lighthound. New battery charger, and it's flipped to the 3.7v. But I only get, if I'm lucky 5 hrs. I can't understand how some are getting such a long time use off of them. I must chain vape too. I would like to find some that would last all day or two days. I'm glad I'm not the only one that has to change out, a couple of times a day.

Rf, It is all in how much a person uses the same battery is all there is to it.
Some get more usage as they don't take as many hits as others.
There really aren't any others batteries for the GLV that will last any longer than the AW 750Mah 16340's. Maybe someday.

Agreed. The AW fits the best, performs awesome, and I personally get 6-8 hours out of a full charge.
