Premium Cartomizer?

I can't seem to find on the V4L site what the difference is between regular carts and premiums. Can anyone tell me the difference?

hmmmm... Just worked for me...

I worked partially for me. The discount worked on the Premium watermelon and strawberry carts, but not on the peach cartomizers for me this morning.
