This is great poll, as both, are the same:ohmy:

Onlt difference is all COOL CARTS now come with soft caps.:D

We will be getting hard caps too sub, in the future for the part of our V4L Family who prefer them, we listen to our Fam at V4L.

Enjoy

Steve;)

WHAT? Both kinds of carts ARE THE SAME? You couldn't have meant that, did you Steve? I guess I don't understand your post.

Ok... I am glad to see that I am not the only one confused by that statement....

Steve.. How are the premium & CoolCarts the same? I know that some of the premium are coming with the soft caps but I thought that was the common denominator.

Also.... Kinda curious... why do people want hard caps? I have used both and I know that I prefer the soft caps. Granted, I am very new to vaping so I would really like to know why some would prefer the hard caps over the soft. Please everyone feel free to express your own opinion as to what you prefer & as to why...

Glad to hear that hard caps will be available as well. Big hard cap fan.

In answer to the question about why people like hard caps:
Hard caps never have leaking issues. In fact I can have a cart with a soft cap that I am struggling with it leaking, maybe its overfilled but its leaking, I switch it out to a hard cap and no issues with leaking after that. They tend to hold the liquid in better. Sure its harder to remove the caps, but I'd rather that than deal with leakiness from my over-zealous filling techniques.

To all the hard cap fans --- just buy coolcarts and just keep the hard caps you already have and the silicon washers. Replace the cap with a hard cap after you fill it. Just as good as any hard cap carts Ive had.

Actually vaping French Vanilla Ice Cream 4mg right now from cool carts, with hardcaps I added from older carts I have.

As I recall....when premiums were first introduced, there were two. Hard and soft caps. But there were also other differences which I think were born out of switching manufacturers midstream. The hard caps I use also have a smaller hole in the battery connector end. Less airflow....which I like. The softies all seemed to have a slightly larger hole. Also, the first generation hard caps are slightly longer (tiny difference) and had less filler. For whatever reason, the small hole, less filler, more space inside the carto, whatever....the taste and vapor come out better for me.

I'm hoping Steve had a GREAT weekend, or had krazie_kid running security, because this makes as much sense as krazie_kid's mustache....

Well, only Steve can really explain what he meant here. :D But when I read it a 2nd time, I understood it to say that when looking at the results of the poll there are about the same number of people preferring the premiums as those who prefer the coolcarts.

And I'm glad V4L offers them both. :)

Regarding the caps, I don't much care what type of cap as long as it's not glued in.

Yah, like GrannyM said, he's gotta be referring to the the poll running at an even split - both are getting the same amount of support.

I'm happy about that myself because "we listen to our Fam at V4L" - both have their time and place so I'd be disappointed to see either one get phased out in favor of the other.

I have an open blister on my lower lip from cartos that got hot. It has been 4 weeks and still hasn't healed. Every time I open my mouth it splits open. It hurts like h*** to eat anything with salt. I never realized how my lips stuck together when I woke up in the morning, either until this happened. Cool cartos are here to stay in my book.

I think it also depends a lot on the juice and how much delicacy you're trying to reproduce.

Agreed...

When using my V4L juices, the cool carts win. When I vape jucies purchased by my other vendor, I use the premium carts. Those carts go with those juices due to the TH/VP/Flavor are brought out by those specific carts. Took me a while to figure that out.

I usually put hot (scalding) water thru mine with a syringe to wash...done this about 5 times

I have noticed some of these do not last very long when vaping, even after the first couple of washes....maybe last 10-15 minutes or taste burn even sooner. Mostly these were PREMIUMS.

So....I started taryn spinning the juice out after using. If any of them had slightly less than half or 1/4 of a condom of liquid come out, I pulled the filler out and looked at it. All of these had burn holes in filler and some had burn holes on the blanket thingy under the filler. These turn out to be mostly PREMIUMS for me. I think I may vape them too fast....chain vape like.

My theory...if they don't wick properly, they are likely burned even though the taste is not real obvious, especially for the stronger flavors...you are just wasting liquid by washing and refilling these. Now I trash them if they have much fluid spinning out after I use them. I don't need to be vaping filler and wasting juice!!!

Don't seem to have this happening as much to me with the COOL CARTS.

this may have been addressed already and I missed it,,, but can any of you tell me if either or both of the blank cool carts and blank premium carts have a hard plastic tip, or a soft rubber tip? if either does have the hard plastic tip, is it fastened in with glue like the prefilled premium carts are? on a side note, i haven't ordered any premium or wow carts in awhile, do any of you know if they are all rubber tips now or if the majority of the carts are still a hard plastic tip? thanks in advance!

Most all of the cartos I have ordered in the last month or so have been either the 2-piece plastic and rubber discs that are easily removable and reinsertable or the rubber ones which are even easier. The exception was the Menthol Sampler (8mg nic) which had all glued tops, and were destroyed upon opening. Didn't bother cap-filling these as I prefer to drip.
